Clyde and Annie Kawasaki owners of #50 Abracadabra
Clyde is a 4th generation Japanese in Hawaii and has been in love with and involved in aviation all of his life. He is a Boeing 737 Captain who, in 2007, fulfilled his dream of having an AT-6 in the Reno races. Clyde is supported in the adventure by his wonderful wife Annie who is an accomplished Equestrian. Annie is the person who watches over the details of the organization and is in charge of the team store. Clyde and Annie are the founders of our racing team and are the two people who made this all possible. John Krawczyk, the Race Pilot of #50 Abracadabra
John has been flying at Reno for over 20 years, he is well respected at Reno by all who know him. Without John's knowledge and his abilities as a race pilot we would not have a team. It is John who makes all the decisions when it comes to racing. Prior to flying Abracadabra #50, John flew as back up pilot for Al Goss. John met his wife "Cookie" at Reno when he worked with her father who also raced in the AT-6 class. She is the premier race pilots wife, which is demonstrated through her support of John, her attention to safety, and always helping the team move forward in a positive and enthusiastic way. #50 Abracadabra's Crew
The crew for #50 is a diversified group of dedicated people from all around the nation. The team comes from the east coast to the west coast, from Alaska to Hawaii.
